Mr Robert Watson, a researcher with the Hunter (Living) Histories Initiative has stitched the following three photos of Cessnock together to make a single image, a panorama of Cessnock.

The three images are labelled General View, Cessnock No. 1, 2, 3 and form part of the archives of the Coalfields Heritage Group, based at the Sir Edgeworth David Memorial Museum at Kurri Kurri. They were scanned by Cultural Collections at the University of Newcastle, Australia.
