1.00 pm – gathering of all concerned in the first floor auditorium of the Newcastle Leagues Club in Newcastle West (17 National Park street, between Hunter and King). A $5 registration fee applies, it will be a perfect time to mingle and connect with people not seen in many a year! Drinks and snacks available from the bar downstairs.
4.00 pm – a ceremonial scattering of ashes (of photocopies of Diplomas and Degrees) to mark the slow death of tertiary art training in Newcastle.
4.30 pm – a group photograph.
7.00 pm – For the classes beginning study in 1969 (ADQ, Dip Art, Dip Art (Ed): a gathering in the Dining Room of the Cricketers Arms Hotel (cnr Bruce & Bull streets).
8.00 pm – AN ART SCHOOL DANCE for those nimble enough to strut their stuff on the dance-floor of the Newcastle Leagues Club.
